Your Next Challenge

Pluxee have embarked on a significant digital transformation and growth program coupled with a revision of our commercial processes, tools and KPIs. PLX Data organization has chosen a decentralized Data Hub (central) & Data Spoke (local) organization where the Spokes are data factory teams covering multiples countries, Data needs and supporting business teams by delivering operations reporting, ad-hoc analysis supporting decision making and advanced insights aiming at predicting clients, merchants, or consumers behaviours.

Reporting to the Head of Data Governance, the Global Data Catalog Lead is a key member of the Hub Data Management Office. On a daily basis, you take charge of the deployment and enrichment of the data catalog in close collaboration with the Data Quality Manager Communities (part of the Data factory - Spoke) and other departments, other project teams (Data Domain Leaders, Data owner & stewards, Data Engineer, Architect). He/She will act as an ambassador of the Data Catalog Solution by training and supporting the different roles (data owner, data steward, IT Application owner, data quality manager). He/she ensures the proper deployment and operational support of the developments carried out. As the Global Data Catalog Lead, he/she ensures the right monitoring of the tool adoption, usage and monitoring on a monthly basis including the finops part. Finaly, He/She ensure, with the team, the progress of the deployment of the Data Catalog tool, sharing visibility on this progress and possible blocking points.

Mission & Responsibilities
- Ensure the deployment of PLX Data Catalog
- Develop and implement the overall data governance framework within the Data Catalog (tool administration, tool access management and related processes)
- Manage Data Catalog operations, ensure data lineage, and drive data governance initiatives.
- Ensure the deployment of the Data Catalog Solution and right implementation
- Act as an ambassador of the Data Catalog Solution to allow the right adoption with the key users (data owner, steward, data quality manager)
- Train and be the Single Point of Contact on the tool
- Follow developments / be in contact with the supplier to propose product improvements
- Manage and monitor the Finops of the Data Catalog Tool
- Animate our PLX Data Governance community
- Animate the Data Quality Manager community in the usage of the Data Catalog Tool
- Train and educate teams on the usage of the Data Catalog (Data Domain Leader, Data Owner, Data Steward, IT Application owner, Data team)
- Data Catalog Performance tracking and monitoring
- Monitor the Data Catalog usage as per a KPI Framework (usage, number of data assets documented etc...)
- Optimize data scans and activate relevant automation / features (classification, templates etc.)
- Finops Management: control and oversees the data Catalog consumption and set-up the reinvoicing to countries
- Manage Relationship with the solution vendor

Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science, data management or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience on similar position.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and data classification.
