**The Opportunity**
The Lead of E2E Solutions Insights is our data “wizard” being able to build and maintain data models, dashboards and presentation materials to enable the CPO- and GTM-organizations to gain insight on how the solutions are evolving in the market and being able to be data driven in solution design and solution evolution decisioning and approach.
This role will work closely with Vertical Solution owners, central data teams, finance, GTM teams, and other stakeholders to provide insights and material for the functions to be data driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Model and Dashboard Development: Build and maintain data models and dashboards that provide insights into the performance and evolution of solutions in the market. This involves collecting and analyzing relevant data, creating visualizations and reports, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data models.
- Presentation Materials: Develop presentation materials to effectively communicate insights and findings to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations, and other stakeholders. This includes creating clear and visually appealing presentations that highlight key information and support data-driven decision-making.
- Data-Driven Solution Design: Use data insights to support solution design and evolution decision-making processes. By analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and solution performance data, the Lead of E2E Solutions Insights helps the organization make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement or innovation.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with Vertical Solution owners, central data teams, finance, GTM teams, and other relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with these teams to gather data, understand requirements, and provide insights and materials that help them become more data-driven in their respective functions.
- Insight Generation: Generate actionable insights from the available data sources and provide recommendations based on the analysis. This involves identifying patterns, trends, and correlations within the data to derive meaningful insights that can drive business decisions and improve solution performance.
- Data Management and Governance: Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with data governance policies. Establish processes for data collection, validation, and maintenance to ensure reliable and consistent insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, data analysis techniques, and tools to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of data modeling, insights generation, and reporting processes.
The Lead of E2E Solutions Insights plays a crucial role in leveraging data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. They collaborate with various stakeholders, develop data models and dashboards, create presentation materials, and contribute to solution design and evolution based on the insights gained from the data analysis.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
