**Le poste**:
Notre client, éditeur de logiciels SaaS B2B dans le secteur LegalTech, recherche un(e) VP Engineering pour piloter l'ensemble des activités techniques et delivery. Dans un contexte de structuration, de réduction de dette technique et d'industrialisation, ce rôle stratégique vise à apporter une vision technologique claire et scalable, tout en restant proche des équipes et des enjeux opérationnels.

Le poste est basé à Paris, avec 3 jours de présentiel par semaine. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement full JavaScript (React, Node.js, Next.js), avec une base PostgreSQL, une infrastructure Google Cloud pilotée via Terraform et Kubernetes, et des outils tels que SonarQube, Grafana, Sentry ou Algolia. Plusieurs projets sont en lien avec l'IA (matching, scoring, génération automatique d'offres) avec des exigences fortes sur la qualité, la sécurité des données et les coûts.

Vous prendrez en charge une équipe technique et produit de 8 personnes:

- 4 développeurs back et fullstack,
- 1 Tech Lead,
- 1 Engineering Manager,
- 2 Product Owners en charge du discovery et de la coordination des priorités.

Vos missions:

- Définir une stratégie technique alignée avec les ambitions produit et business
- Structurer et piloter la réduction de la dette technique, notamment côté front
- Superviser les cycles de delivery et garantir la stabilité des produits
- Industrialiser les pratiques de développement (CI/CD, tests, code review)
- Contribuer aux arbitrages produit, en assurant cohérence et faisabilité technique
- Encadrer les leads et faire progresser l'organisation technique
- Porter la voix de l'ingénierie auprès des dirigeants et des partenaires externes

**Profil recherché**:
Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en informatique, vous justifiez de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience minimum dans un rôle de Head of Engineering ou Engineering Manager, au sein d'un éditeur SaaS ou d'une scale-up B2B.

Compétences clés:

- Maîtrise des architectures JS (React, Node.js, Next.js) et bases de données PostgreSQL
- Expérience forte en delivery, dette technique, et scalabilité
- Culture DevOps (CI/CD, monitoring, infrastructure cloud, sécurité)
- Leadership collaboratif, structurant, à l'aise dans un environnement transverse
- Capacité à tenir une vision technique claire et indépendante, tout en étant hands-on (~20 %)

Une expérience en refonte technique, gestion de legacy, ou accompagnement d'un scale-up vers l'industrialisation sera fortement valorisée.

Conditions proposées:
Poste basé à Boulogne-Billancourt, 3 jours de présentiel par semaine
Rémunération : package global compris entre 80 et 90 K€ selon profil
Équipement fourni : Mac M4, environnement moderne et performant.
