DEMETER est un cabinet de recrutement spécialisé dans les métiers de l'ingénierie et du développement commercial.

Notre client est une **start-up technologique ambitieuse**, en forte croissance, qui structure aujourd’hui sa fonction Tech autour de nouveaux enjeux **:scalabilité, performance, IA embarquée, simplification produit, réduction de dette technique** et gouvernance.

Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un **VP Engineering / Head of Engineering** pour prendre le relais du CTPO actuel, piloter les pôles Engineering & Delivery, et co-construire la trajectoire tech et produit de demain aux côtés des fondateurs.

**Vos missions**:
**1. Vision & stratégie technologique**
- Définir une roadmap technique robuste et scalable, en phase avec les enjeux business & produit
- Mettre en place une veille continue sur les innovations clés : IA, architectures modernes, outillage interne
- Prioriser les investissements tech (refonte, dette, structuration, etc.)

**2. Delivery & management d’équipe**
- Superviser l’organisation des squads et optimiser la répartition des ressources
- Garantir la rigueur des cycles de développement (qualité, coordination, priorisation)
- Structurer les rôles, renforcer les compétences et installer les bons rituels

**3. Industrialisation & performance technique**
- Réduire la dette technique (cartographie, arbitrages, monitoring)
- Optimiser l’infra, les performances back/front, la base de données et l’IA embarquée
- Standardiser les process qualité : CI/CD, tests, QA, monitoring

**4. Gouvernance & tech produit**
- Participer aux comités stratégiques et incarner la vision technique auprès des dirigeants
- Encadrer les projets clients à forte composante technique dans une logique modulaire (APIs, marque blanche, SLA)
- Être un contre-pouvoir sain et structurant vis-à-vis de la vision produit

**5. Sécurité & conformité**
- Veiller à la sécurité des données, à la conformité (RGPD, scalabilité IA)
- Installer une gouvernance technique claire et des outils de pilotage transparents

**Objectifs à 6-12 mois**:

- Déployer une stratégie de réduction de dette technique
- Stabiliser les performances clés (frontend, backend, bases, parsing IA)
- Encadrer et faire monter en compétences les leads existants
- Formaliser une offre technique claire et différenciante (SLA, APIs, modules)
- Améliorer les process de QA, tests E2E, monitoring et production

**Profil recherché**:
**Hard Skills**
- Solide culture de l’**architecture SaaS moderne** (React, Node, Typescript, DB volumineuses)
- Maîtrise des environnements de **scalabilité**, CI/CD, tests, monitoring
- Connaissances ou intérêt pour l’IA (OpenAI, NLP, ML embarqué)
- Outils : SonarQube, Sentry, Grafana, outils de QA et de déploiement

**Soft Skills**
- Leadership pédagogique, capable d’amener les équipes à leur meilleur niveau
- Esprit analytique, capable de résister à la pression du court-terme business
- Communication fluide avec tous types de profils (Product, Sales, CSM, dirigeants)
- Goût pour le delivery intelligent, avec un recul stratégique affirmé

**Expérience**
- 4 à 6 ans min en tant que Head of Engineering, VP Engineering ou Engineering Manager
- Expérience significative en environnement SaaS B2B / scale-up
- À l’aise dans les contextes complexes (refonte, legacy, croissance rapide, transversalité)
- Capacité à rester hands-on (~15% code Front : React) sans se noyer dans l’opérationnel
