Natixis IMI aims to further develop its presence in France and internationally, drawing on the expertise of its teams and Natixis IM’s multi-affiliate model. - 1_ _Assets under management (“AUM”) as of December 30, 2022._ You join the Client Servicing team of Natixis Investment Managers International (NIMI) which defines the customer service strategy in conjunction with the sales teams, whether institutional or distribution, and supports sales forces in their work with a sophisticated range of distributors and institutional clients in France and around the world. The Client Servicing team is made up of 3 business divisions, including the Transfer Agency Oversight division, which is dedicated to managing underwriting and redemption operations for the group’s clients. On a daily basis, your duties are to: - Participate in the supervision of the day-to-day activities of transfer agents in terms of quality, security and compliance with the prospetcus rules for funds domiciled in Luxembourg, in the United Kingdom, Ireland and France; - Support customer and sales requests upstream of order changes, be a force for proposals to improve customer satisfaction and optimize the overall customer experience; - Work closely with sales and CORE teams (legal, risk, operations, etc.) on customer requests; participate in the validation of distribution agreements in France and internationally; - Ensure the production of regular or on-demand reports on the activity; - Evaluate periodic reports on KPIs received from different fund service providers; participate in due diligence. You have the AMF certification. You are familiar with: - The sale and management of funds; - Customer relationship management; - Microsoft Office and Salesforce. You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are: - Recognized for your team spirit and sense of priority; - Oriented to problem solving and solution implementation. You master English with a C1 level.
