Ev-charging Development Project Manager

VINCI Concessions intends to diversify its capital investments in infrastructure relating in particular to other types of mobility, the energy transition and the fight against climate change. In this context, we are looking for an **EV Charging Development Project Manager (F/M)** to join our team in Paris, France. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of new electric vehicle charging infrastructure investments or projects in Europe, from opportunity identification to bid submission and ultimately project closure.

**Main responsibilities**

Under the responsibility of the Business Development Director and the Project Directors, you will participate in the strategic identification of new investment opportunities and the implementation of the strategy established with top management, both through targeted acquisitions and green field projects.

New projects may involve industrial partners (internal or external) or financial partners. In identifying new opportunities, the Development Project Manager, in liaison with the Project Directors, will be responsible for carrying out preliminary strategic analyses, identifying concrete implementation cases and structuring partnerships.

During project implementation, the Development Project Manager will oversee all strategic, financial, operational and legal aspects of the project: he/she will act as the conductor of internal and external resources. He/she will be supported in this task by Analysts.
- You have a master’s degree from a top French engineering or business school or from a top tier university.
- You have 3 to 6 years' experience in investment or business development.
- Experience in the energy sector, particularly renewable energies or IRVE, is a real asset.
- You have the entrepreneurial spirit to start up a new business.
- You're used to working in cross-functional teams and in project mode.
- You are autonomous and agile, able to adapt to a changing environment.
- You have strong analytical and summarizing skills.
- You are able to make proposals, argue and convince.
- You show initiative and are a driving force behind projects and ideas.
- You're at ease in a fast-changing, highly international environment.
- You enjoy working on projects abroad.
- You have an excellent command of the Office pack (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Fluency in written and spoken English is imperative. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic is a plus.
