**Your Role**:
**We’re looking for a Content Creator Intern** who lives and breathes visual storytelling. You’ll be the engine behind our digital content—conceptualizing, producing, and editing videos, posts, and stories that capture the energy of our mission.

You’ll work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to bring the Baliston story to life across channels.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Content Creation**
- Film and edit short-form videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content
- Be comfortable both in front of and behind the camera
- Create carousels, reels, YouTube shorts, and social media visuals
- Write scripts and produce storyboards aligned with brand tone
- Handle end-to-end video production—from shoot planning to editing and publishing
- Use AI-powered tools like Synthesia and Veo to enhance content creation

**Digital & Social Presence**
- Help manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Stay up to date with trends and bring fresh ideas for formats, sounds, and themes
- Turn complex tech concepts into simple, engaging content

**Events & Coverage (Occasional Travel)**
- Document key moments during product launches or events
- Participate in shoots abroad (USA, Asia, Europe), depending on projects

**Your Profile**:

- Student or recent graduate in multimedia, film, design, or digital marketing
- Advanced skills in **video shooting and editing** (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Fluent English speaker—confident doing interviews, voice-overs, and scripted content
- Strong creative eye and visual storytelling instinct
- Proactive, self-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with quick turnarounds
- Passion for innovation, movement, health, or sport is a plus
