**Internship: Community Manager & Content Creator**

**Your Role**:
As a **Community Manager & Content Creator Intern**, you will be at the heart of Baliston’s digital communication strategy. Collaborating with international teams, you will develop impactful content that reflects our mission and values.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Community Management**:

- Animate and moderate Baliston’s social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
- Build strong engagement with followers by embodying the brand’s voice and values.
- Address audience inquiries and foster meaningful connections with the community.
- **Content Creation**:

- Design and produce high-quality, original content (posts, videos, blogs, newsletters, stories).
- Conduct face-to-camera interviews showcasing Baliston’s innovations and values.
- Create compelling product and educational content for global audiences.
- **Strategy & Analysis**:

- Develop weekly editorial calendars with content strategies tailored to different platforms.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.

**Your Profile**:

- Currently enrolled in communication, marketing, multimedia, or a related field.
- **Advanced English proficiency** (native or near-native level) is required for international communications and face-to-camera interviews.
- Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or similar platforms.
- Creative, organized, and a strong storyteller with an eye for engaging social media trends.
- Passionate about innovation, technology, and digital communication.
