**MISSIONS**

En lien direct avec le CTO, votre rôle sera principalement d’intégrer le centre d'expertise. Dans ce centre vous allez intervenir sur des projets au forfait pour l'un des clients historiques d’Expaceo dans le secteur de la logistique.
Vos missions:

- Encadrer des équipes de développeurs ;
- Assurer le lien avec l’équipe technique et l’équipe fonctionnelle ;
- Participer à l’analyse fonctionnelle des besoins utilisateurs ;
- Déterminer l’ensemble des outils nécessaires au développement du projet, en tenant compte des contraintes (délais, budgets ) ;
- Étudier les spécifications et la faisabilité technologique de la mission ;
- Élaborer et rédiger le cahier des charges technique, à partir des caractéristiques et des spécifications fonctionnelles ;
- Proposer des estimations de charges ;
- Analyser les retours de tests:

- Définir les scénarios de test : tester et appliquer les correctifs nécessaires
- Développement continue, versionning

La stack : Azure Services, Infra as Code (terraform),.Net Core,.Net 6, C#, TypeScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, TSQL, ASP NET MVC, MVVM, PowerApps, Framework JavaScript, Cosmos DB, Visual Studio, Visual Code, Sql Server Management System,

Management et coordination:
Vous allez collaborer et organiser le travail de 3 développeurs full stack, 2 développeurs backend, 1 architecte réseau, 1 administrateur de base de données.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**

Formation et parcours
- Formation Bac +4/5
- Au moins une première expérience réussie en tant que Chef de projet

**Hard skills**

**Must have**:

- Compétences en gestion de projet (ex : rédaction de cahiers des charges, définitions des besoins, organisation de la roadmap)
- Compétences en méthode agile
- Expérience sur de multiples langages techniques (.Net 6, C#, TypeScript )
- Anglais courant

**Nice to have**:

- Appétence pour la conception et l'architecture logicielle
- Appétence sur les technologies Microsoft
- Sensibilité UI/UX
- Certification Prince 2 ou équivalent
