**Manage/Administrate HR ERP Solution (Workday)**
- Participate to our project of transformation of our HR information system (Core HR, Talent Performance, Payroll ).
- Administrate/set up ERP: security, validation workflow, custom validation
- Participate in continuous improvement of our ERP & associated processes
- Analyze functional needs considering business, technological and technical aspects
- Define/document target processes in collaboration with HR teams
- Implement the solution
- In case of development, design the change (functional specifications), follow development by development team/TMA
- Manage the implementation of the changes on the solution and ensure the quality of the changes and the adequation with the Workday Finance setup.
- Create/Update customized Workday reports and documents
- Support users (level 1) using incidents management system
**Requirements **for this permanent contract, based in Lyon:
You have a background in HR ERP, experience on Workday HR is a plus. Highly organized, you are analytical, solution oriented and service oriented.
You are technology literate (applied to HR market is a plus).
You are fluent in English.
