**Mission**:
Le poste est directement rattaché aux membres du CODIR.

**Développement d’un portefeuille** : offre audit légal et contractuel pour les PME

Clientèle : PME, Groupes sous LBO tous secteurs, Filiales de groupes étrangers, Start-up & Scale-up deeptech

**Développement d’une équipe de 4 à 6 personnes** : Recrutement, encadrement et formation de juniors, contribution au projet de développement

**Responsable de l’audit légal et du conseil pour les offres suivantes**:

- commissariat aux comptes de sociétés de PME, commissariat aux apports et missions annexes
- conseil financier : mise en place de PPA, de reporting, d’analyses de coûts complets et d’évaluation financière
- missions liées à la sous performance et au diagnostic économique : due dil financières pour le compte de clients corporate ou de fonds d’investissement sur des opérations en France ou à l’étranger
- missions liées au financement : levée de fonds et recherche de financements publics
- management de transition dans les fonctions Finance
- audit RSE des indicateurs non financiers

**Profil**:

- Expérience significative en **Audit**, idéalement acquise en cabinet.
- ** Diplômé** du DEC ou CAF CAC
- ** Esprit d’équipe** et **expérience du développement d'activité**.
- Bilingue **Allemand** ( +++ )
- Expérience en **contrôle de gestion** (+)
