The others domains are Restaurant Xp and Diners Xp, Internal Users Xp. - Platform domain is composed of QA, DevOps, SecOps, Architects, DevXp, Journey Enablers and Core Market Place - Platform domain's main responsibility is to - empower engineers to confidently deliver solutions with quality, performance and scalability. - support the technical platform and its scalability - Provide shared components and core capabilities **Core Market Place**: We are building a brand new team to provide **shared core business functional capabilities** to be consumed by all tribes. This is including the core of our booking system : Reservation, Offers, Availabilities, and even the developer portal to facilitate external connections **What you will do**: Join the other engineering managers of Platform domain located in Paris, Nantes, Buenos Aires, London. Our ambition is to strengthen our technical foundations and contribute to our core business transformation. - actively hire your team of 4 devs and grow their potential by helping them to be more empowered - autonomous - impact the culture & the organization with your personal experiences at TheFork - contribute to the TheFork tech branding (organize meetup, medium,...) - embrace _shape up_ methodology and lead the project management of your team - raise your voice and provide relevant and useful feedback to help the organization to evolve - take care of your team, find opportunities, help on their career path, recruit, onboard, compensate - contribute to our engineering manager community (engineering culture, meetups, best practices...) - try, fail and learn fast from your initiatives Join a dynamic and agile team in a quickly changing and international environment to be involved in an international organization that empowers its employees and works hard to allow each person reach their full potential.
