We are looking for a new talent in the Indirect Procurement Stream. This area is extremely surprising in terms of challenges and new deliveries in an international group. Behind this scope, we work with several technologies like Ivalua and S/4 (SAP) to lead all the general expenses flows in the group.

You will be in charge of the tool Mercure (IVALUA) for Procure to Pay of Indirect Procurement

Location: This is a full-time position based in either Paris or Barcelona. We are flexible with upto 3 days of remote work per week.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- You will work with the cross functional teams (Accounting, Procurement & controlling) to know the issues & Business Requirements and work with the Run Team (IVALUA - Who provide support for the Bugs/Issues we face with the tools) and with our Business Partner Bengs (Who make developments for Veepee).- Understand & gather the business requirements from cross functional teams;
- Enhancements: Configure the tool based on the business requirements and work with Bengs for specific developments;
- Provide support to the end users and training to the key users;
- Do UAT (User Acceptance Test) with the key users to validate the enhancements before it's delivered in production;
- Follow up the issues and enhancements with IVALUA and Bengs (Integrator) and give the visibility to the business;
- Work with the internal development team (Support, Tests & validate the smooth running of the different Jobs that sends data to/from SAP);
- Work in the different Roll out projects (Template preparation, Loading & Migration).

**What you bring**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar position or as a business analyst, Proxy Product Owner, project manager;
- Have a strong taste for analysis, identification of anomalies and research of solutions;
- Strong interest on business flows, products and new technologies.

Experience, knowledge & understanding:
- On financial & corporate topics;
- On Procure to Pay Process;
- Of Ivalua & SAP;
- Agile Methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban);
- Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).

**‍ About you ‍**:

- Ability to challenge and find different ways to bring value to business areas;
- Proactive, organized and team player: you know how to make things happen and you have convictions;
- Be able to work in teams and to collaborate with other departments;
- Redactional and organizational skills (backlog management, specifications, tickets creation, minutes of meetings, flow charts process designs);
- Passionate and result oriented.

**Languages**:

- Fluency in English (written & spoken) is required, French or Spanish will be appreciated;

**Nice to have**:

- Accountancy basic knowledges (in particular in Account Receivables);
- Knowledge of NoSQL database (ElasticSearch);
- Knowledge of SQL.
