**What is your mission at biomerieux?**
We are looking for our Global HSE department located at Marcy l'Etoile (69290, France), an intern for a mission in a worldwide context.
Under the supervision of the Global HSE Director, your mission will be to contribute to the upgrade of the CO2 Emission monitoring process:
- Assist the Climate & Reporting Manager during the annual audit of the CO2 Reporting scheme (early February),
- Ensure the most efficient methodologies are used to address emissions for “Purchased of Goods & Services”, “Up-Gradient Transportation”, “Use of Sold Products”, “Employee Commuting”,
- Manage the necessary evolutions to make the current methodologies more robust,
- With the help of an external consultant, ensure the digitalization of some current calculations to lever efficiency,
- Potentially manage some dedicated training to specific contributors of the CO2 reporting scheme
- As part of this project, the student will have to cooperate with contributors from other functions (Global Purchasing, Global Supply Chain, Finance, etc.), potentially in an international context.
As part of the internship, the student may also contribute to some other tasks as part of the day-to-day of the Global HSE Team.
**Who are-you?**
- You are preparing a master degree specialized in HSE and/or sustainability,
- You are familiar with the environmental stakes (in particular the Climate Change topic),
- You have good organizational and communication skills,
- You are comfortable with IS tools (MS Office + HSE Information Systems),
- You like to work in a multicultural environment and you speak a fluent English.
