Rattaché au Directeur du Pilotage de la Performance, le **Responsable Financial Planning & Analysis (F/H) **défini et met en place le référentiel de gestion, les outils et les processus permettant l’animation de la performance de Sonepar France, en conformité et en lien avec les règles du Groupe Sonepar.
**A ce titre, ses principales missions sont**:
- Définition et animation des règles et bonnes pratiques de gestion et de support de la performance.
- Coordination planning pour la France : Plan, Budget, reprévisions suivant nécessité
- (Forecasts ou autre).
- Enrichissement et administration du référentiel de gestion et des bonnes pratiques France, en assurant alignement permanent avec les exigences et les normes du groupe.
- Administration des données financières et de performance pour la France.
- Production des données financières et de pilotage fiable dans les délais appropriés pour les différents acteurs fonctionnels et opérationnels.
- Reporting au Groupe
- Analyse de performance vision France, notamment:
- BFR, couts par nature et fonction, support au leaders opérationnels et fonctionnels ( réseaux commerciaux, logistique, DSI, Marketing, RH)
- Toutes études ad hoc pour clients internes, notamment CFO, Comex, etc. pour aide à la décision.
**Exprimez votre audace et valorisez vos talents**
Votre profil:
Diplômé d’une Ecole de commerce ou université (Bac + 5 / Master 2 - spécialisation
Gestion/Finance/Audit), vous justifiez d’une expérience de 10/15 ans dont une part significative comme contrôleur de gestion d’un centre de profit. Une expérience dans le management d’équipe est nécessaire.
Vous êtes rigoureux, fiable avec une forte orientation résultat et client. Vous savez conduire efficacement un projet. Vous avez une bonne connaissance des référentiels internationaux. Enfin, une bonne communication écrite et orale français et anglais est exigée.
