We are looking for a** CTO Associate **for a company responsible for cognitive care for intensive care units in hospitals and clinics
**Main responsibilities**:
- Audits the organization and its competitors to identify technical risks and opportunities (optimization of the information system or product improvement, for example). The CTO also keeps a technology watch to detect new technologies and seize their potential.
- Define the company's product innovation strategy and draw up the roadmap for its implementation, including the choice of working methodologies, in cooperation with the Executive Committee. Within this framework, the CTO is also responsible for a budget for the technical team.
- Recruit, manage, and lead the technical team, including developers, product managers, architects, infrastructure managers, data scientists, etc.
- Deploy projects aimed at optimizing the organization's product or implementing new technologies within its processes and information systems.
- Report on actions carried out within the framework of its roadmap and supervise technical projects.
- Contribute to the company's strategy by providing technical expertise and knowledge, as a member of the Management Committee.
- Participate in pre-sales actions during technical phases
- In the initial phase (pre-recruitment of the technical team), deploy solutions with customers and partners, in France and abroad.
**Requirements**:
- More than 3 years' senioritý in the position of CTO or more than 5 years seniority as Lead Developer
- Knowledge of hospital information systems would be a plus
- Technical expertise (systems, databases, networks, securitý, performance...)
- Expertise in new technologies (AI, Block Chain, big data, etc.)
- Agile development and integration methods
- Risk management
- Taste for challenge and resistance to pressure
- Reactivity: understanding needs and reacting quickly accordingly
- Initiative and visionary spirit
- Good interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
