**Purpose of the Role**:
Lead and coordinate the business planning and forecasting processes for the French market, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. This role combines analytical rigor with strategic foresight and requires strong leadership to manage complex projects, influence stakeholders, and drive business performance through data-driven insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Performance Monitoring & Business Intelligence**
- Lead the analysis of volume and performance vs. objectives for PMF and competitors.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a competitive intelligence framework.
- Coordinate the preparation and communication of business performance updates to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Supervise the integrity and accuracy of market and competitive data systems.

**2. Net Revenue Management & Scenario Planning**
- Manage the identification of revenue and share-of-market growth opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning initiatives involving Marketing, Sales, Corporate Affairs, and Strategic Planning.
- Coordinate the integration of fiscal, economic, and regulatory insights into strategic planning.

**3. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Act as a strategic advisor to Commercial and Marketing teams by delivering actionable insights.
- Lead the development and evaluation of business cases for new product launches and commercial initiatives.
- Facilitate alignment and decision-making across departments by presenting clear, data-backed recommendations.

**4. Forecasting, Modeling & Cross-Functional Coordination**
- Lead the development of accurate sales forecasts using advanced modeling tools.
- Ensure synchronization of forecasts with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams (ICP/IBP processes).
- Oversee the continuous improvement and robustness of forecasting models.

**5. Budgeting & Financial Planning**
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process with Finance, Marketing, and Regional teams.
- Define and validate volume and revenue assumptions.
- Consolidate and present the category P&L, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

**6. Project & Transformation Management**
- Lead finance-related projects from planning through execution and transition to business-as-usual.
- Support organizational transformation by promoting a consumer-centric mindset and agile ways of working.
- Drive the definition and tracking of KPIs to measure transformation success.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial controlling, finance, or audit.
- Strong finance background with advanced Excel and modeling skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
