**About the Role**

As a **Senior Business Planning Analyst**, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic insights and supporting decision-making across the French market. You will lead forecasting, performance monitoring, and scenario planning activities, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. This is a high-impact role ideal for a data-driven professional with strong business acumen and a passion for turning insights into action.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Performance Monitoring & Business Intelligence**
- Analyze sales volumes, market share, and trends for both internal and competitive performance.
- Maintain and enhance competitive intelligence systems and databases.
- Deliver regular business updates and insights to key stakeholders through dashboards and reports.

**2. Net Revenue Management**
- Monitor economic, fiscal, and regulatory trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead scenario planning initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Corporate Affairs.

**3. Business Partnering**
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support commercial and marketing strategies.
- Lead business case development for new product launches and commercial initiatives.

**4. Forecasting & Modeling**
- Develop accurate sales forecasts using advanced modeling tools.
- Ensure alignment of forecasts with marketing and commercial plans (ICP) and coordinate with Supply Chain (IBP).

**5. Budgeting**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define annual budgets and revenue assumptions.
- Prepare and consolidate category P&L in partnership with Finance teams.

**6. Project Management**
- Support finance-related projects from planning to execution and integration into business-as-usual operations.

**7. Transformation Support**
- Promote a consumer-centric mindset and contribute to organizational transformation initiatives.
- Help define and track KPIs to better understand consumer behavior.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Education & Experience**
- Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial controlling, finance, or audit.
- Strong finance background with a strategic mindset.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
