This is a hybrid role 3 days per week from our Paris office.

Responsabilités principales

Summary of Role

As an Order to Cash (O2C) Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls within the O2C function. You will manage a team that combines both human and robotic members, fostering a culture of service excellence, continuous learning, and efficiency. This role plays a key part in streamlining finance operations, driving automation, and enhancing overall business performance.

What I Will Be Doing

You will oversee balance sheet accuracy, regulatory reporting, and internal audits while ensuring compliance with banking and payment regulations. Your role will involve leading process improvements, integrating automation, and optimizing O2C operations to enhance efficiency and quality. You’ll work closely with finance and business teams to drive strategic initiatives, manage cash flow, and align O2C processes with company goals. Engaging with global O2C leaders, you will standardise best practices, improve cross-functional collaboration, and support business growth while managing financial risk.

What We Are Looking For

We need a proactive and detail-oriented leader with strong financial expertise, a deep understanding of O2C processes, and experience managing both people and automated systems. You should be a strategic thinker who can drive efficiency, lead process improvements, and collaborate effectively across teams. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage complex financial data, and a focus on customer service are essential. If you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoy shaping the future of finance operations, this role is for you. Must be bi-lingual in French and English.
