**Your future position**:

- Drive compliance implementation for our e-money license in France and support the growth of the compliance team in Brazil.
- Tackle a wide range of responsibilities, including:

- Implementing financial security obligations
- Managing key provider outsourcing processes
- Developing new product policies
- Drafting and updating procedures and policies
- Preparing and submitting regulatory reports
- Presenting compliance updates to the risk, compliance & control committee
- Performing 1st-level compliance controls
- Conducting regulatory watch and delivering training
- Eventually step into the role of MLRO for Swile Payment

**It will be a perfect match if you have**:

- 10 years + experience, working preferably in a tech / innovative company
- Expertise on e-money and payment services
- Curious, proactive and autonomous in the way you drive projects
- Pragmatic, collaborative and business-friendly mindset
- Strong interpersonnel and communication skills
- Excellent drafting skills (key for drafting of our set of procedures/policies, internal presentations and reporting to ACPR)
- Fluent in English
