Organizing and participating to interactive meetings and training sessions online for the entire Euronext Project Manager Community;
- Supporting the continuous enhancement programme at GPMO level in the areas of straight through processes, project stakeholders’ skills management, quality of reporting & tools;
- Monitoring both project progress across the portfolio and the underlying data quality, in particular via the monthly reporting cycle and following up with Project Managers as required;
- Supporting the preparation of monthly portfolio reports for the key governance bodies, including reports to the Managing Board;
- Liaising with the relevant department and colleagues to prepare the required elements for the above-mentioned reports;
- Supporting the regular update of the Group Project Management Policy and related processes;
- Suggesting and participating to implementation of enhancements in the project management and project portfolio management;

Maintaining a complete audit trail of all key GPMO actions
