Revenue Growth Management Project Apprentice

**Want to join a fast-moving company and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Revenue Growth Management Project Apprentice, starting in September 2025.**
**This position will help accelerate the deployment of new tools, processes and mindset to elevate Group capabilities in data-driven promotion & pricing analytics. The RGM Project Apprentice will assist the Global Revenue Growth Manager and the Digital project Expert on the Revenue Growth Promotion & Pricing Pillars. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.**
**Your key missions**:
I. Support the Digital Project implementation
- Support on tracking and reporting the adoption, adherence and financial KPIs of the Markets of project implementation
- Help on answering specific needs from the Markets
- Support Vista documentations and communications with the Global and Market teams
- Conduct complex data analysis to assess Pricing & Promotion performance worldwide and present the outputs to business stakeholders
II. Drive and enhance the RGM Digital project community
- Organize the community meetings & rituals
- Assist in collecting Meeting’s agenda and minutes
- Support in building and sharing the best practices across multiple project teams
III. Participation to HQ Revenue Growth team transversal activity
- Contribute to the Revenue Growth roadmap definition
- Be a true ambassador of the RGM Digital tools to markets

- You have an ongoing master's degree in business management
- You are results driven, with proven excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, challenger of the status quo
- You have good communication skills adapting to different functions and levels
- You have excellent reporting skills - meetings minutes and summaries
- You ideally have a previous experience in Data Management/ Data Science/Data Analysis/Business Analytics/Project Management in FMCG/Retail
