Internship - Marketing & Licensing Client Support (M/F)

As part of the EMEA Headquarters, you will actively support the Licensing team in their daily operations, with a strong focus on business development and licensee management. Working in close collaboration with each Licensing Manager, you will help drive brand extension initiatives across multiple categories — including Toys, Apparel, FMCG, and Promotions — throughout the EMEA region.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects alongside the Director of Licensing and Business Strategy, particularly in relation to the film distribution business.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Support the operational management of partnerships with licensees, including coordinating product launches, distributing information, and managing action plans
- Assist in the creation of newsletters, B2B content, and other communication materials
- Prepare sales presentations for brand reviews and product launches
- Maintain and update partner databases, including contracts, contacts, and schedules
- Provide logístical and communication support for client events
- Work closely with marketing, communications, and legal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or project management
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of InDesign or Canva is a plus
- Fluent in English (essential for our international environment)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Passionate about licensing, gaming, pop culture, and consumer products
