Role Profile The Client Service Senior Associate within the RepoClear Client Relationship Management team, will be responsible for working as a key point of contact, ensuring a high standard of adherence to all processes and controls. In addition to monitoring the health and integrity of the RepoClear service, the role requires individuals to lead and oversee member experience through high quality of service. The role is a highly visible one, working in the Business and closely with the Sales team and support functions, and will also require partnering with external stakeholders such as CSDs and Trade Venues. The team is the single point of contact/first level of escalation for external stakeholders and has the ultimate responsibility of ensuring a positive experience at LCH in respect to the RepoClear service. The role requires individuals to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure queries and issues are followed through to resolution. There are significant growth opportunities for the business and as such the role would suit a highly motivated individual who is keen to work in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities Act as entry and escalation point of contact for client relation day to day Focus on business development activities through strong member relation Liaise with key stakeholders (both written and oral) to ensure Members queries are resolved in a timely fashion Use dedicated tools (Salesforce/Portal) to streamline processes and implement solutions to enhance Members experience Proactively monitor and report to Senior Management Members’ day to day metrics via Qlik Sense (rankings, volumes..) Accompany Members in Business changes and new initiatives implementation Organize and chair Members service reviews to monitor Members’ satisfaction Coordinate Members trainings/demos as required to ensure smooth introduction of Members into the CCP Prepare and perform Member presentations / training workshops Centralize all questions regarding risk, clearing process, collateral Manage RepoClear communications and share initiatives to Members Manage entire onboarding process (start up, extensions) for Members and trading venues by coordinating with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, credit risk, operations) until go-live date Manage amendments in membership status (mergers, resignation, name change etc.) Strictly follow onboarding procedures: making sure all documents have been properly signed and archived internally and salesforce is updated accordingly along the process Follow up / track member onboarding and testing Review / maintain / improve onboarding procedures to ensure efficient onboarding in a reduced timeline Experience and Skills Commercially focussed with experience of delivering client driven solutions Sound knowledge on fixed income and clearing business Ability to understand technical complexity of the full end to end trade and clearing process Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving skills, with good attention to detail Demonstrate excellent proactivity in anticipating members issues and excellent reactivity in taking steps towards resolution Able to engage with internal and external stakeholders Strategic thinker and ability to analyse and solve problems quickly with strong data and analytics focus Exercise in critical judgment in scanning client profile and adapting client prioritisation accordingly Experience in team working but also ability to work independently Able to manage workload / priorities themselves and demonstrates ability to work to deadlines
