**About The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and manage relationships with **payment service providers (PSPs), banks, and alternative payment solutions** to ensure a diverse and efficient payment infrastructure.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with PSPs to optimize transaction fees, approval rates, and service quality.
- Monitor and analyze **transaction flows**, identifying and resolving issues related to failed or lost deposits.
- Oversee **fraud prevention measures**, ensuring secure payment processing while minimizing chargebacks and unauthorized transactions.
- Conduct **daily reconciliation** of payment transactions to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
- Work closely with **compliance and risk management teams** to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Research and integrate **new payment methods** to improve user experience and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with **customer support** to resolve payment-related inquiries and improve the overall player experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, payment regulations, and emerging technologies to enhance payment processes.

**Requirements**:

- ** 3+ years of experience in payment operations, PSP management, or financial risk management within the iGaming industry.**
- ** Must have experience working with Tier 1 regions.**
- Strong understanding of **payment processing systems, banking operations, and alternative payment methods (e-wallets, crypto, bank transfers, etc.)**.
- Experience working with **payment reconciliation, transaction monitoring, and fraud detection tools**.
- Ability to troubleshoot **failed transactions, lost deposits, and chargeback issues**.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in managing **PSP contracts and agreements**.
- Knowledge of **AML, KYC, and financial compliance regulations** in the iGaming sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in **Excel, SQL, or BI tools**.
- Fluency in English is a must; Turkish or Russian/Ukrainian is a plus.
- Background in **risk management, anti-fraud, or financial auditing**.
- Experience in integrating **new PSPs and payment gateways**.
- Familiarity with **crypto payments and blockchain-based transactions**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach.
