**Financial Management & Control**
Ensure achievement and drive optimization of main KPI (operating income, WCR) for industrial operations.
Ensure completion of all financial aspects related to industrial investment/CAPEX (Strict CAPEX budget follow-up, ROI, subsidies, initial budgeting validation, RetEx).
Improve internal control, notably in the fields of purchasing, inventories, investments and manufacturing.
Animate group financial cycles for Industrial operations: business plan, budget, financial estimates, monthly closing.
Ensure full control of inventories: inventory stock takings, stock valuation, fair value (assess obsolescence and provision for risks).
Animate industrial cost controlling and cost saving projects, in compliance with the accounting and regulatory framework.

**Risk/Opportunity Management**
Provide alerts and recommendations for improvements.
Provide relevant set of analysis to operations to optimize the overall performance of the campus and support operations needs.
Investigate/secure opportunities provided by subsidies and/or tax credit linked to Capex projects.
Monitor and improve the local internal control on the Industrial activities perimeter
Be a permanent member of management team of the campus.

**Data collection & analysis**
Calculate & update the unit standard costs consistently with Group standards & procedures;
Issue monthly industrial variances and weekly projections so as to support decision making and action plans monitoring in the Group framework;
**Policy/tools development & implementation**
Participate in the update (when needed) of Ceva Core Model in the campus, under corporate supervision.

**Internal Stakeholders Management**
Support the Campus General Manager in his duties. Be a strong business partner to the Campus GM on financial aspects of the site strategic industrial projects (business models, simulations, optimization)
Relay the group industrial controlling policy and priorities for the site
Ensure proper Capex projects follow up together with Project managers.
Provide training and education to his team and to the campus staff related to industrial and cost accounting concepts.
Participate in S&OP meetings, KPI review meetings and strongly interact with other departments (production, supply chain ).

English: fluent.

**Behavioral skills**:

The incumbent should have an international profile. Ideally experience in animal health or human health environment.
