We are looking for a **Design Supplier Quality Manager**to come onboard in our **Quality Directorate**in **Julien Pollentier**’s team.

**_Your Mission _**

The Design Supplier Quality Manager is responsible to ensure that all Design suppliers' organizations are compliant with ATR Quality standards in order to deliver high quality product & services.
- To ensure for a given supplier portfolio compliance with ATR Design and DOA requirement whilst securing and improving suppliers’ performance.
- To ensure DOA Supplier’s risk management and escalate this risk within the organization.
- In coordination with Engineering and Program teams and any other ATR stakeholders as applicable, develop a common action plan (« one voice ») when there are important poor on-quality and on-time delivery performance from Suppliers.
- To represent the supplier quality function during supplier selection and project development phases - e.g. RFx, Maturity Gate - until CDR/beginning of industrialization phase.
- To plan and conduct design product related audits/assessments for suppliers' qualification and surveillance, drive presentations at the supplier’s premise.
- To drive pro-active risk identification, problem solving and follow-up with assigned suppliers.
- To be the focal point for all regulatory quality matters within the ATR organization for project development and engineering/design suppliers' quality.
- To perform regulatory monitoring on Part 21J requirements.

**_About you _**
- Field of study: Quality, Operations, Continuous improvement or another technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory and Quality Assurance standards to the Aerospace products as applicable - i.e. EASA/FAR Part 21J requirements, ISO17025, EN9100.
- Strong knowledge of standards and techniques for auditing supplier's quality management systems. 10 years of experience within Aerospace industry, 5 years in an aerospace auditing role or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Strong knowledges of design & manufacturing processes in aeronautic industry
- A good technical knowledge in aircraft systems and/or aerostructure
- Expertise on Quality tools and RCCA methodologies (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa diagrams, 5W methodology)
- Strong project management and excellent analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills, including MS pack office and SAP
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent time management skills and the proven ability to prioritize work,
- A positive attitude, self-motivated, strong attention to detail
- Assertiveness and diplomacy
- Availability and flexibility for international travelling
- Italian is a plus.
