We are looking for a **Supply Chain Leader**to come onboard in our **Operations & Procurement**Directorate**in **Paul Bordenave’s**team : a team of **7**collaborators

**_Your Mission _**

Within the ATR Supply Chain organization, and reporting to the Aerostructures supply chain leader, you’re:

- accountable for the on time and on quality performance of your supplier:

- Deliveries in FAL (primary flow)
- Manage creation, authorization and issuing of ordering documents (Purchase Order, Call-up), forecast and provide them to Supplier / Partner
- OTD performance & associated improvement plan : monitor Partners work in progress status, Missing Parts and KPIs, manage recovery plan for late deliveries
- Risks assessment & associated action plan
- Crisis mitigation & recovery
- Responsible & accountable for reporting with your internal stakeholders (program, configuration ) and internal customers (FAL, program)
- Participating to the ATR continuous improvement plan, leading some improvement projects.
- Occasional business trips

Within an Multi Functional Team, you drive your supplier/partner to reach operational excellence by a lean approach on the supply chain processes, defining, implementing and maintaining the appropriate ATR-supplier governance, activating contractual levers in case of non-performance.

You encourage supplier anticipation and secure the FAL production ramp-up.

Your positive energy and “can do attitude” is motivating your colleagues to work beyond boundaries of organizations and/or functions as one ATR team to achieve common objectives.

You promote an open feedback culture to encounter trust and continuous development

You communicate efficiently with our internal customers and management, as well as with the supplier/partner organization by visiting them regularly to support your team and the supplier/partner.

**_About you _**

Qualification, work experience:

- Supply Chain / Logistic degree (Master or equivalent) with 5 years in supply chain.
- Experience in aeronautic or automotive industry
- CPIM is a plus

Skills:

- Ability to convince
- Negotiation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to prioritize activities
- Good knowledge of supply chain, operation, planning processes (APICS CPIM)
- Lean background
- Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP
- Languages: Fluent English, Italian is a plus
- Produce and automatize KPIs by computer data input (SAP, Airsupply, Power BI) and monthly report
