**WHO ARE WE ?**

We currently operate in 10 countries, and welcome more than 250,000 visa applicants each year.

As part of our development, we are looking to strengthen our Recruitment Department and are looking for a Recruitment Officer looking for new challenges within a dynamic and human focused company.

**DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION**

You will directly report the the Group Recruitment Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Collecting recruitment needs from the Recruitment Manager;
- Organizing a preliminary interview with the hiring Manager to fully understand the position to be filled (context, duties, desired skills, contractual and financial conditions, and preferred recruitment process);
- Creating, getting approval for, and publishing job offers on Capago's tools and platforms;
- Collecting, sorting, and processing profiles received on Capago's tools and platforms;
- Organizing and conducting job interviews in accordance with established procedures;
- Managing the reference checking process;
- Keeping recruitment tracking sheets and various recruitment tools up to date;
- Regularly communicating with Managers about the recruitment processes;
- Ensuring that the regulatory aspects of the recruitment process comply with local legislation.

**DIPLOMAS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor or Master degree - HR related preferably;
- A first experience in the recruitment industry would be ideal;
- A good command of Google Suite.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**

The skills required for this position are:

- Excellent listening and communication (written and spoken) skills;
- Organizational skills - ability to work indepently;
- Ability to think critically - judgment and decision-making;
- Negotiation skills;
- Flexibility;
- **Mandatory written and oral proficiency in French and English**.

**OTHER INFORMATION**
- Employment location: this position is to fulfil in/at: anywhere
- Work mode: hybrid if we have an office where you leave and if not, 100% remote.
