- Full Time- We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support all HR activities in ARaymond energies
- Organization.
- HR Generalist is a major player in the implementation of the company's human resources policy.
- In direct and daily contact with the employees and Community Leaders of the Organization, the HR
- Generalist must also bring dynamism, active listening, willingness to learn and flexibility. People and
- results oriented with the ability to work with international team.

**Rôle et responsabilités**:
Compensation & Benefits: Managing payroll process, benefits programs, and employee
communications for HR related topics within EMEA
Data management (HRIS): Ensuring data input in HR systems is correct and in compliance with local
and global policy.
Reporting: HR Reporting and data analysis for management review and business decisions.
Recruitment: Coordinate for the recruitment processes in accordance with business needs. Support
all the employee lifecycle key events: interviews, onboarding, exists and job moves.
Partnering: Be the point of contact of all EMEA employees for all HR related topics.
Employee Development: Collaborate with Leaders in the Performance Review Process & Talent
Review.
Learning & Development: Developing and promoting training plan to influence continuous
employee improvement.
Health & Safety: Assisting on health & safety matters in compliance with local regulations in EMEA.
Internal Communication: Collaborate with the Internal Communications Department to conduct
employee communications.

**Études et expérience**:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Studies
Have at least 2 years of professional experience acquired in an HR position within an industrial and
international company.
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience including internship or student assignments.
