Actuellement, afin de répondre aux besoins de nos clients, nous recherchons un Digital Project Manager (H/F) à Grenoble, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France.

En tant que responsable du programme numérique, vous serez le chef de file d’une **transformation digitale** afin que celle-ci soit menée à bien, dans le respect des délais et du budget avec une qualité élevée.

Mission:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le propriétaire du processus d’affaires afin de définir les exigences commerciales et les spécifications fonctionnelles pour toutes les évolutions et améliorations requises du paysage technologique actuel.
- Développer et maintenir les feuilles de route et les plans de développement des capacités depuis la sélection des nouveaux fournisseurs, la validation du concept, le produit minimum viable jusqu’à la mise en service complète.
- Définir les besoins de financement et réaliser des analyses coûts-avantages pour soutenir la mise en œuvre d’une nouvelle architecture et d’une nouvelle plateforme de gestion des données de référence pour les données de la base installée.
- Planifier les budgets pour les équipements, les ressources et les fournisseurs
- Identifier, analyser et hiérarchiser les risques du projet et le plan d’atténuation.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d’ingénieurs pour superviser la conception et la construction du nouveau paysage applicatif de la base installée, ainsi que le déclassement des anciens systèmes.
- Organiser et diriger les tests de la nouvelle architecture de la base installée, des tests unitaires aux tests d’acceptation par les utilisateurs.
- Veiller à ce que les principaux jalons du projet soient respectés dans les délais et les coûts, organiser les revues de contrôle et rendre compte régulièrement de l’avancement du projet aux différentes instances de gestion.
- Diriger la transition du mode projet au mode exécution, et s’assurer que la bonne configuration est en place pour l’exécution.

Compétences:

- Minimum 10 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de programmes informatiques
- Expérience avec les **solutions MDM** (comme Informatica, Reltio, Stibo, Viadmedici, etc.)
- Expérience dans la conduite de POC et de processus de sélection d’outils
- Expérience dans la conduite de la conception, de l’intégration et du déploiement de systèmes
- Une expérience avec Saleforce et ServiceMax est un plus.
- Une expérience avec les solutions ERP (Oracle et SAP) est un plus.

Localisation : Grenoble (2 jours de tt/semaine)
