**We're now hiring an experienced leader to join our growing team as Head of School in the Paris area**

**Guidepost is the world's largest global Montessori network, with over 110 schools across the US, Europe, and Asia. We are now expanding in Spain and are hiring and experienced Head of School to join the founding team and lead our early years and elementary campus in the Levallois, Paris area.**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Creating a strong culture that embodies the mission of our organization
- Building a strong community among staff, parents, and children
- Ensuring delivery of an exceptional program
- Ensuring overall profitability targets are met (including managing campus budget)
- Working with the regional team to ensure enrollment targets are met which includes marketing
- Hiring, supporting, developing, and managing teaching staff

**We'd love to talk with you if you possess**:

- 5+ years of experience in a Montessori school
- Montessori certification and BA Degree or above
- Proficiency in English and French, and EU residency or a work visa for France
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a focus on results
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- An aptitude for creating a warm and benevolent team culture
- Strong leadership and the ability to make the tough decisions with limited information
- A passion for getting education right through the Montessori pedagogy
- International teaching experience
- Experience as an Admissions, Administrative, Program or School Director
