**Missions principales**: Expertise Technique & Leadership
Assurer un rôle de référent technique IAM en identifiant des solutions et en émettant des recommandations sur l?évolution des produits IAM.
Garantir la cohérence des plateformes en matière de qualité de service.
Participer à l?identification et au déploiement d?améliorations continues (tests automatisés, portail IAM, monitoring avancé?).
Acquérir et partager avec l?équipe les nouvelles technologies IAM (Ping Cloud, OpenPaaS?).
Collaborer avec les équipes partenaires et entités pour suivre les tendances et bonnes pratiques IAM.
Compétences techniques
Expérience confirmée en sécurité IT / IAM dans une organisation de grande envergure.
**Expertise dans les concepts et solutions IAM**: gestion des identités, autorisations, authentification, contrôle d?accès.
**Expertise des solutions IAM**: Ping Identity et Okta (ex-Auth0).
Connaissances des domaines réseau, workplace et infrastructure.
Expérience en gestion de projet et en service management.
Compétences non techniques
Excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation.
Approche orientée service, avec une forte capacité à gérer la relation client.
Capacité à gérer des priorités complexes et à collaborer avec de multiples parties prenantes (IAM, IT, Sécurité?).
Esprit analytique et capacité à impulser des améliorations continues.
