Project Manager

**What you do**
The department Organizational Management is in charge of driving global IT projects across all lines of business of Allianz Partners. They act as the main interface between Business Units globally and Allianz Technology, dedicated to provide IT standard services.

Within the Data Platform team, you will be part of a huge data transformation program to create a unique Data Platform for Allianz Partners group, getting data from any Country to be ingested in an harmonized data layer.

The team needs to ensure a certain balance between simplifications / standardization of tools and processes and specific business needs in order to contribute to answer current corporate challenges: IT cost efficiency, innovation, optimization of time to market, etc.

Ultimately, the Project Manager structures and steers the Project while orchestrating the design and the implementation of the solution and ensures it answers the needs and specificities of its client. You will also support Data Consumer initiatives, focus on data analytics and/or business intelligence reporting and statistics.

As Project Manager you are in charge of the following responsibilities:

- Driving Project Management to support design and implementation of IT solution within the Data Platform scope: support the identification of current and future needs expressed by internal clients / business
- Supporting, if needed, the solution design by identifying appropriate stakeholders, Deployment Support: assist local teams in configuration and ramp up planning, ensuring project plans are updated to reflect tasks to be performed.
- Creating deployment while ensuring the right level of communication, provide support for training documentation update, create and follow-up with dashboards and reporting.
- Managing cross-divisional relationships across reporting lines: LoBs (Line of Businesses), regional managers, other departments, facilitate and document lessons learned and suggest improvements throughout the organisation
- Ensuring Agile methodology deployments continue and participate to the life of the team: department initiatives (AES follow-up, etc.), new joiners onboarding, etc.

**What you bring**
- Proven experience in Project Management, Process Optimisation and Risk management tools and analysis
- Focus on Business Intelligence/ Data platform domain and BI Technical knowledge are a plus
- Demonstrable experience in transformation programs; change management trainings
- Work experience in Agile environment & cross-functional matrix organization
- Understanding of database concepts and web technology
- Good command of the English language and strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions
- Willingness to travel abroad for short period on request
