**Missions**:
**Brief Role Objective**:

- To assist the Head of Compliance in overseeing the ESG & Compliance function of Tikehau Investment Management and its branches.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establishing and maintaining appropriate policies and procedures, consistent with group standards.
- Reviewing and maintaining systems and controls which are appropriate to the business activities, such as governance arrangements, conflicts of interest across funds and across other business lines, asset allocation procedures.
- Developing and maintaining ongoing management information for Committees.
- Establishing, maintaining and performing appropriate monitoring programmes for the Tikehau Investment Management and its branches.
- Reporting monitoring results to senior management and ensuring actions are tracked and implemented. Ensuring any other issues are reported to management and escalated as necessary.
- Reviewing and assessing regulatory updates/changes in legislation and amending policies and procedures accordingly.
- Ensuring staff are aware of ESG & Compliance obligations and are appropriately trained in ESG & compliance procedures and regulatory matters.
- Participating in projects to ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Providing guidance to the business on ESG & compliance matters, such as reviewing and approving financial promotions, reviewing fund documentation, reviewing outsourcing arrangements.
- Ensuring that the business is compliant with the requirements of the relevant rule books.

**Key Regulatory Responsibilities**:

- General: Assist to ensure compliance with the letter, spirit and expectations of applicable legal and regulatory requirements at all times, ensure conformance with Tikehau’s best practice with regard to conduct, culture and other general business ESG & compliance control procedures.

**Profile**:
**Key Skills and Competency Requirements**:

- 5-7 years of experience incl. a minimum of 2 years in a role focused on ESG, Compliance or and/or operational Risks related to a fund management company, a financial company, or a consulting firm

**Technical Requirements**:

- Good understanding of Asset Management business gained through past experiences
- Working knowledge of the AMF Handbook and regulations
- Has achieved or is working towards a compliance specific qualification
- Educated to master level

**Other skills, competencies and attributes**:

- Motivated and conscientious with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- The ability to produce well-structured accurate (in terms of technical knowledge, grammar and spelling) written communications
- The ability to work both independently but as part of a team, both in terms of the Compliance Team and with other colleagues throughout the Firm
- Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment and team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must. French and any other language will be an advantage

**IT Requirements**:

- General all-round IT competence
- Excellent spreadsheet and presentation skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
