**About the Team Hiring**

You will be reporting directly and helping our Group Legal Director in ensuring the company's adherence to internal and external regulations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about and contribute to the development and maintenance of strong work ethics and integrity programs within our organization.

**Overview**
This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about and contribute to the development and maintenance of strong work ethics and integrity programs within our organization.
- Assist in the design and implementation of a compliance plan.
- Help educate management and staff on compliance matters.
- Stay updated on recent regulatory changes and assist in responding to government investigations.
- Focus on Privacy, Corruption/Sapin II, and ESG obligations to ensure compliance with French, EU, and US regulations.
- Support internal and external investigations to identify and address potential compliance issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- **
Strategy Support**: Assist in designing and developing a global Ethics and Integrity compliance strategy for the organization.
- ** Process Support**: Help ensure and verify that all ethics and integrity programs are developed, documented, implemented, and communicated effectively.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Participate in regular reviews of progress, and identify and address issues.
- ** External Compliance**: Track and examine new government regulations, and assist in developing internal policies to ensure organizational compliance.
- ** Project Management**: Support the management of ad hoc Compliance projects as requested.

**Responsibilities**
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Law.
- Basic understanding of compliance regulations and legal requirements.
- Interest and/or experience in Privacy, Corruption/Sapin II, and ESG obligations.

**Qualifications**
- Strong verbal and writing skills in both French and English. Spanish is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for ethics and integrity in the business context.
