**_ Your Role:_**
- Develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent for both internal and portfolio positions across various functions and levels, with a focus on the Healthcare and Financial sectors.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices and selection processes.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support recruitment efforts for both internal teams and portfolio companies.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment, selection, and hiring practices.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in international recruitment across various levels and functions within the Healthcare & Lifesciences sectors (mandatory), experience in Financial industry is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment trends and hiring practices in the Healthcare or Financial industries.
- Familiarity with Private Equity is preferred, but not required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously across different regions and functions.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies to streamline the hiring process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
- **Fluency in English AND German is a must**, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively manage workloads with mínimal supervision.

**Language Requirements**:
- **No French skills are necessary** for this position, as the team communicates primarily in English. Fluency in German and English is a must, both written and spoken.
