At Ilion Water Technology, a watertech spin-off from the École Normale Supérieure (ENS) in Paris, we are developing an innovative pressure-free reverse osmosis technology, stemming from our nanofluidics research work.

Our technology, currently under development, has already been recognized with several distinctions, notably:

- Winner of the Innovation Award at Pollutec Paris 2024;
- Finalist of the Miriam Balaban competition, organized by the European Desalination Society 2025;
- Currently in the running for the international desalination competition XPRIZE.

We are confident that our approach can simplify the operating conditions of reverse osmosis skids and significantly reduce their cost and environmental impact. Indeed, our pressure-free technology has anti-fouling properties aimed at decreasing energy consumption and the need for chemical products. It also integrates a system for real-time water quality monitoring.

Your mission as CEO Right Hand

You'll be the ultimate support for our CEO, Lucie Ries, helping to drive our mission and scale our ambition fast. Think co-pilot: assisting with tasks, dissecting problems, finding innovative solutions, and crafting action plans. This role is super varied - you'll be key in building our A-Player team, prepping for exciting new ventures, and supporting all things HR, finance, legal, and office management.

What you will do
- Refining our business plan and conducting analysis for future fundraising.
- Conducting market research, providing key insights.
- Helping cultivate relationships with stakeholders (investors, clients, partners).
- Preparing materials for All-Hands and board meetings.
- Supporting our HR strategy to hit recruitment goals.
