Mission & Key Responsibilities Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Spotify, Disney – their obsession with excellence, worldwide impact, and crafting experiences. You will be playing a pivotal role in making Paradox play at that level and becoming an iconic brand. Lead Strategic Projects & CEO Initiatives – Own entire strategic projects from growth hacks to operational buildouts. Build a cold outreach engine or international brand partnerships. Set up sponsorships for our YouTube & events. Test acquisition channels & AI‑powered growth playbooks. Sourcing elite talent & streamlining HR processes. Help secure and negotiate deals. Pirate Squad → Rapid Experiments & Global Launches – Drive international launches, MVP tests, and new product initiatives with autonomy and speed. Contribute to Strategy & Business Intelligence – Market research, growth models, biz dev, M&A scouting, dashboards, KPI tracking; help the CEO & GM make data‑backed, high‑leverage decisions. Turn the Company Into a Systematic Growth Machine – Design workflows, implement automations, and optimize every process. From Airtable to Notion to AI‑powered dashboards – be our internal COO meets Growth Architect. Be the Internal AI Evangelist – Champion new AI tools & use cases, train internal teams to adopt AI‑first processes, benchmark AI integrations across content, marketing, ops, product, and stay 10 steps ahead. Qualifications You likely come from a top‑tier business or engineering school (HEC, ESSEC, X, Sciences Po, Stanford…). You’ve already built or scaled something – startup, ops team, or growth engine. You’re driven with a strong work ethic – show up with commitment, perseverance, and thrive under pressure. True entrepreneurial spirit – own projects from scratch, work with limited resources, get hands dirty. Execute relentlessly – pragmatic problem‑solver who thrives on ownership, not hand‑holding. You’re obsessed with growth – personal and team‑wide – love learning, building, and optimizing. You embrace growth over ego – open to feedback, eager to improve, driven by progress. You’re analytical, autonomous, fast, with natural ability to structure systems and automate for scale. Tech‑savvy and either already AI‑native or actively becoming one – AI is your playground. Natural persuasive – love influence, sales, negotiation, align others without force. Excellent communication, written and verbal, tailor to audience. Direct work with a CEO who expects excellence, massive ownership if that energizes you. Language Requirements English: fluent; French ideally bilingual.
