**Votre mission**
Le Vessel Officer assiste le Vessel Manager pour l’armement des navires dont il a la charge, en fonction des exigences liées à l’exploitation, des Company policies, des réglementations maritimes et QHSE.
Ses principales missions sont :
- Assurer la gestion de l’équipage d’un ou plusieurs navires de la flotte dans le respect des budgets alloués de manière à répondre aux standards élevés imposés par la compagnie en termes de sécurité, qualité de service aux passagers, mais aussi de respect de l’environnement. Il est en lien permanent avec les commandants, les chefs mécaniciens, les hôtel manager, le chef d’expédition et les seconds capitaines embarqués des navires dont il a la responsabilité.
- Garant du maintien dans la durée de la conformité réglementaire des équipages pour les navires dont il a la charge.
- Coordonne la gestion des aléas et des urgences en lien avec le siège de la compagnie, les navires dont il a la charge et les agences de manning
- Assiste le Vessel Manager dans l’amélioration continue et le développement de la qualité et la performance des activités.
- A ce titre, il est l’interface entre les parties prenantes de l’exploitation des Navires, notamment les Bords, et les sociétés de manning.
**Profil recherché**
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance dans un milieu maritime et de la gestion des Navigants et des exigences réglementaires.
- Vous parlez anglais aussi bien que vous l'écrivez.
- Vous coordonnez les acteurs internes et externes, vous avez une appétence à gérer de l'activité Front Office, alors embarquez auprès de nos équipes
