**Job Description** Be responsible for the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment cycle from** A-Z (from draft of Position Description up to signature of the Offer Letter);
**Manage the recruitment of senior executives** for our different business lines across Europe;
**Execute executive research** which may include networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, alumni websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals, use of analytics tools, etc.;
**Provide talent market insights**, competitive intelligence, and talent demographic data to enable business unit heads and hiring managers to be well-informed on market conditions.

**Education**:Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.

**Language**:Fluent in French and English
