**What success looks like in this role**:
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
- Provides problem resolution for HR related issues that may be non-standard within defined practices and procedures.
- Works on problems of large scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action.
- Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
- Normally receives general instructions on moderately complex work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
- Preparing documents and presentation materials for CSE, CAO, NAO and PSE follow-up committee meetings
- Helping to prepare and follow up the schedule
- Ensuring the smooth running of professional elections
- Ensure the follow-up of HR actions
- Build and write collective agreements
- Prepare communications to all staff and ensure individual exchanges with employees as needed
- Possibly attend meetings with the IRP if relevant to the other tasks
**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
- Holder of a Master's degree/MBA in HR or Employment Law/Company Law
- Mastery of the office pack (in particular Excel)
- English and French: native or bilingual is a must for both language
- 3 to 5 years experience in HR functions
