Risk and Insurance Manager

**Voici les différentes missions**:
- Vous participez à la définition et à la mise en oeuvre de la politique de gestion des risques (analyse, financement et prévention), ainsi qu'à la gestion des programmes d'assurances du groupe (stratégies de couverture).
- Vous contribuez aux processus de placement des polices d'assurance et de gestion des contrats, en fonction des besoins de nos clients internes opérationnels.
- Vous pilotez de manière proactive et dynamique le coût des sinistres à l'aide d'outils de gestion et de bases de données, notamment le Système d'Information et de Gestion des Risques, que vous contribuerez à développer au sein de la DAG.
- Vous êtes directement responsable du suivi de programmes d'assurances spécifiques (responsabilité civile, marchandises transportées, etc., selon votre expérience).
Cela inclut l'analyse des risques, le suivi des politiques de prévention pour le compte de la DAG, en collaboration avec les autres directions et partenaires externes impliqués, ainsi que la gestion des polices souscrites et le pilotage technique et financier de la sinistralité associée.
- Vous êtes chargé(e) de l'animation du réseau des correspondants assurances, tant en France qu'à l'international.
- Vous animez la démarche de gestion de crise du groupe (formations, exercices, etc.), dont la DAG est responsable en collaboration avec l'ensemble des directions opérationnelles et fonctions support du groupe.
**Nous recherchons une personne**:
- Titulaire d'un diplôme Bac+5 ou équivalent (juridique ou économique) avec une spécialisation en assurances et gestion des risques d'entreprise.
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 7 ans dans ce domaine, acquise au sein d'une Direction Risques/Assurances d'une grande entreprise ou dans le secteur du courtage. Ce qui vous permet de maîtriser le fonctionnement des programmes d'assurances pour les grandes entreprises (notamment dommages aux biens et responsabilité civile).
- Rigoureux(se), doté(e) d'un esprit ouvert et curieux, vous avez d'excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.
- Vous disposez d'une expérience solide en risk management et gestion de crise.
- Vous êtes à l'aise dans les relations humaines, avez le sens de la négociation et appréciez le contact sur le terrain.
- Vous faites preuve de souplesse, de réactivité et d'adaptabilité dans votre travail.
- La maîtrise courante de l'anglais est indispensable.
