What You Will Do in This Role Develop Brand Advocacy strategy With the support of the Marketing Manager and the European BA community, the BA defines a robust well documented advocacy strategy for his/her set of brands, key initiatives, and executes it, maximizing the budget he/she is in charge of. Develop and increase presence, visibility and prescription of the brands in liquor stores, “Cavistes” & On Trade targeted customers: o Set up a clear roadmap of key high potential customers, and action plan to put in place o Build relationships with bartenders & liquor stores owners/managers, bartenders in targeted outlets and distributor partners in key cities. Conduct training and tasting sessions o Educate and infuse our brand territories, uniqueness & legitimacy o Co-create major customer approach / strategy with On Trade Sales team o Be the cornerstone of the strategy to reach prestigious, luxury customers Develop brand awareness and accelerate conversion towards relevant targets - Create a strong link between brand & influencers, encourage them to be vocal about the brand. Make our brands resonating with the core target audience with the right mix of physical and digital (social media) presence, partnering with IMC. - Conduct comprehensive tastings, samplings, master-classes, for targeted consumers and influencers - Prospect and build strong relationships with “spirits geeks” influencers (Bloggers/journalists) while maintaining and nurturing current relationships - Act as an ambassador and consumer/trade influencer via curated Social Media activities - create relevant assets to reach this goal - Recommend, execute brand presence in major Fairs & critical events - Participate actively in PR strategy & implementation liaising with a broad set of stakeholders. Act as a key business partner in France & Belgium for our brands - Be the eyes & ears of the marketing team to voice out and populate arising trends/key insights - Collect for the team insights, trends and competitor’s activations to help in developing trade & marketing plans - Propose, develop & measure actions answering key brand strategies - Influence Brand Plan via defining the places that count, digital influence - Train internal salesforce and newcomers / develop selling tools - Influence & voice out in the market the global advocacy strategies & priorities We are looking for someone who has: Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Bachelors or Equivalent Certifications: Hotel Business school or commercial business school Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in the Wines and/or Spirits industry. Expertise in Rum would be highly appreciated. Experience in Brand ambassadorship is mandatory.
