**About Sonio**:
Each year, 140M children are born. Birth defects affect 1 in 33 births in developed countries, and in 50% of cases, they are not detected during prenatal examinations. Prenatal medicine is particularly complex, and the scans impose heavy responsibilities on healthcare professionals. They can also be a source of stress for future parents.

Resulting from 5 years of collaboration between world-renowned experts from Necker Hospital and Ecole Polytechnique, Sonio uses artificial intelligence to improve prenatal screening and diagnosis. Based on patented algorithms and a proprietary expert database, Sonio aims to become the reference tool to help practitioners improve screening, reduce diagnostic errors, and optimize pregnant women’s medical path.

Sonio's mission is to improve women's and children's health by promoting access and quality of care through technological innovation, medical expertise, and collective intelligence.

**About the role**

We are currently launching in the USA and are encountering more and more incoming leads. We’re committed to providing top-notch communication from the very first interaction. As a CRM Assistant intern, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, working closely with our talented team and reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager. You'll thrive on Hubspot (one of the best CRM in the tech world).
- **Lead Qualification**: You’ll be the gatekeeper, meticulously filtering and scoring incoming leads. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that only the most promising prospects move forward. You will work with the Growth Marketing Manager to optimize lead entry forms to improve qualification of leads
- ** First Line of Communication**: You’ll be the bridge between potential customers and our sales organization. Your friendly and still formal approach will set the tone for their journey with us.
- ** Account-Based Marketing (ABM)**:You'll work closely with our Sales Team in the USA to develop 1:1 ABM with the main accounts we aim to close. Get to learn how to qualify an account and work closely with the Sales using the MEDDICC framework.
- **Dashboard and Reporting Integration**: Collaborate with our Revenue Team in the USA to enhance our reporting capabilities. You’ll create insightful dashboards that empower our sales and marketing teams to make data-driven decisions.
- ** Pre-Sales Sequences**: Work closely with our pre-sales team to develop effective outreach sequences. Your communication skills will be key in nurturing leads and converting them into opportunities.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: With the global influx of leads, you’ll be on the lookout for ways to enhance our lead qualification process. Automation will be your ally, and you’ll implement efficient workflows within our Sonio CRM (Hubspot).
- ** Data-Driven Insights**: Regularly monitoring and reporting on statistics will be a key part of your role. Your insights will guide our ever-evolving lead qualification process.
