We are looking for an amazing intern to join our marketing team Report to Hera, our CRM Manager in Paris.

As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern, you will support the CRM efforts with a focus on marketing campaigns and transactional communications in all markets we operate.

**Your Mission (If You Accept It)**:
- Support the strategic evolution of our transversal projects
- Analyze our campaigns results and provide recommendations to the team

**You’re At The Right Place If**:
- You feel comfortable working & speaking in English.
- You have already used a CRM campaign management tool: big plus if used Braze
- You are highly detail-oriented and creative with an experimentation and testing mindset
- You are able to work independently and cross-functionally while demonstrating drive and initiative.
- You are adaptable and a fast learner eager to acquire new skills
- You have affinity with data, you are at ease with numbers and statistics
- You have a previous experience in marketing, a big plus if it was in CRM
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

**About the Internship**:
- Starting date is from January, 2025
- Duration : 6 months
- Location : Paris, France

**Recruitment Process**:
- Video-call HR Interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (20-30min)
- Technical test (home assignment)
- Skills & cultural fit interview and live case study questions with Hera and Mathilde (1hour)

€1,200 - €1,400 a month
