Reporting to the Project Director and Board of Directors, responsible for the Look, Signage and Wayfinding project delivery
Develop and implement the project management structure
Establish roles and responsibilities for all key personnel
Define resource requirements and allocation
Ensure team maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
Establish the working strategy, policies and systems that will run the project
Develop relationships with the client’s key decision-makers
Carry out face to face meetings with the client
Ensure project momentum (specifically key approvals i.e., budget or design)
Oversight and responsibility for all aspect of the project (production, installation and derig in all areas: Look, Signage, WF,)
Establish and develop Reporting systems to both the Client and inside Doublet CSM Live:

Tracking Project Deliverables
**Risks and Issues Management**: monitoring, reporting and solutions
**Financial Management**: budget control and reporting
