**About the Role**

We are currently searching for a Project Manager who will be managing a variety of large multimillion dollar capital projects by collaborating regularly with our internal support functions such as engineering and other key business stakeholders and clients across the world. Strong Project Management experience in nutrition and health technologies is essential as well as the ability to own the complete life cycle of the project and deliver on objectives consistently.

**About Your Responsibilities**
- Ensure all phases of the project are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure the project is delivered to SPX FLOW and customer quality standards.
- Construct well-structured project programs to facilitate the execution of the project and communicate these accurately both with internal resource leaders and the client, to ensure the project is accurately tracked and updated.
- Support the SPX FLOW BPO (bid process owner) at sales stage with planning, risk management & project execution strategy.
- Carry out the necessary weekly / monthly project review meetings with the client and internal team members and generate required reports.
- Travel will be required through Europe and at times internationally to support allocated projects, duration depends on project phase but likely 1 or 2 travels per month.

**What Do You Need**
- Ability to own and deliver a complete project life cycle from bid through to engineering, delivery, installation, commissioning and takeover.
- Strong project management experience and engineering awareness of general dairy / food and nutritional hygienic processes, including UHT Systems / Mixing Technology / CIP (clean in place systems), or able to demonstrate equivalent.
- Ability to escalate and manage key priorities within the project and challenge the team to achieve objectives.
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of audiences and stakeholders.
- Experience using Microsoft Project.
- 5 + years of working in the food / health / nutrition industry and delivering large-scale complex projects 5M USD to 10M USD is essential.
- Skilled in SAP & BW for project reporting an advantage.
- Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Dairy Food engineering industry desired.
- Financial and commercial awareness with high competency in communicating project status to key stakeholders internal and client with clear presentation skills.
- Competency to review and assess project risk and develop robust mitigation plans.
