**Your main missions and objectives**:

- Obtain a high level of satisfaction from the merchandising leaders
- Define and implement comprehensive technical capabilities and plans to enable the merchandising department strategy
- Collaborate with Merchandising teams to automate service and processes enabling agents to do higher value work while reduce cost to service.
- Leverage the latest developments in the selected technology partners to ensure the company maximizes benefits from purchased software.
- Develop, monitor and improve key performance indicators for accountable technology products and stay within agreed SLAs
- Identify and implement measures to reduce to total cost of ownership while improving capabilities provided to users
- Develop manager and expert talents to create a healthy succession of key roles within the Merchandising IT team
- Act as a general leader within the IT organization and be a trusted advisor to the Group IS Director and the IT Leadership Team
- Active member of the IT leadership Team to drive the overall IT strategy

**Essential experiences and skills**:

- Proven ability to coach and develop a high performing team
- 3-5 years managing managers and top technology talent
- +5 years of experience delivering and operating technology, preferable in a merchandising, sales, service, ecommerce or Marketing technology role
- Fluent in English
- Strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
- Strong analytical skills with a data driven mindset
- Ability to collaborate, build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work at all management levels (executive management to operational teams)
- Ability to innovate
