In this role, you will report to the CGO and lead the go-to-market strategy and operations team. You will lead the Sales strategy, Sales Operations and Enablement, and the Sales Tools (including the CRM). We are looking for a detailed, driven and structured profile to partner with the CGO leadership team, EXCOM and local MDs to define, land and execute our strategic priorities for the business. The senior director will co-develop new strategies, set the planning for the team and influence a broad range of stakeholder teams. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for delivering and setting the strategic vision in collaboration with central and local Leadership team and setting the operational planning. The successful candidate has a proven work ethic to deliver desired results, outstanding communication skills, and drives towards simple, scalable solutions to solve challenging and complex problems. You should be passionate about developing insights, setting high standards, and providing information that enables dynamic decision-making. Your deep analytic skills, strong business judgement and focus on Lyreco’s core operational inputs will make you a critical partner for Sales and you help them prioritize initiatives, identify gaps in processes and performance and remove barriers to execution. You should be excited about working with data, be driven to dive deep, and passionate about collaborating to create, develop and sustain the go-to-market strategies across clusters with MDs partners. You will always be driven to achieve excellence for customers at the center. YOUR MISSIONS Lead a team of Sales strategy manager, Sales operation manager, Sales enablement manager and Sales Tools (including CRM) to develop key sales support system/processes required to achieve revenue and profitability. Partner closely with EXCom to set ambitious and achievable goals for sales, then put a framework in place to report, analyse and measure progress against them. Develop relationships and work with Sales, MDs, Marketing, Customer Care, IT, finance to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive strategic sales programs and motions Lead the planning process in collaboration with Finance and run the operational cadence of activities, such as Trading meetings/ MDs meeting and support the quarterly and monthly Business reviews with Sales leaders using a common framework. Lead segmentation, territory/account planning, operational planning and offsite strategy workshops. Design metrics cockpit, processes and mechanisms. Support the evolution and implementation of sales systems and processes. Provides insights via external market segment research and deep dives (macro-economic issues and opportunities). Lead quota planning, new market segment planning. Support analysis of the performance of Sales to improve sales excellence and productivity. YOUR PROFILE Master's degree 20 year experience: 5 years in consultancy (McKinsey, BCG) and 15 years+ in business. 10 year experience working with C level stakeholders. Experience delivering scaled GTM motions and defining Sales strategy Go-to-market, GTM operations processes. 5-year Experience in change management and leading teams. Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, import/export talents and ideas to achieve broader organizational goals. Capacité à collaborer efficacement au-delà des frontières organisationnelles, à construire des relations solides et à favoriser le partage des talents et des idées afin d’atteindre des objectifs organisationnels globaux.
